How long does shipping take?
We ship from Noida therefore Shipping PAN India typically takes 3-5 business days. For states in the south India, delivery can take 5-6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹1000 within India. For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any items that you’re not fully satisfied with. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner’s website.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For returns within India, we provide a prepaid return label. For returns from other countries, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as UPI. You can select your preferred payment option at checkout.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?

What should I do if my lights aren’t working?
- Ensure the solar panel is clean and positioned in direct sunlight.
- Check the on/off switch (some models have manual controls).
- Replace the batteries if they’ve been in use for over a year.
